The Bills need:
A real NFL QB.
A legit reciever not with the name Stevie.
To not get torched by a putrid Jets Offense.

Ott: Players Want A Fair Deal
Fantastic! I'm glad they want a 50/50 revenue split, like the NBA, MLB, and NFL Guess there's no need for a strike than. |

The Edmonton Oilers, Calgary Flames and Montreal Canadiens were also among the NHL's six worst franchises and could not crack the Top 100 overall ranking in the four major sports.
Not only are the Leafs the worst franchise in North American sports. 4 Canadian teams are in the bottom 6 in the league. Yep. We need a team in Quebec, and Hamilton, and a second in Toronto, and Windsor...
No Canadian franchise cracked the Top 20 in any single category.
To be fair, it is ESPN, and the top ranked NHL team is Phoenix, but it's still great troll bait. |

If I could own one team in the league, it would probably be the Leafs. It doesn't matter if they suck, they're still going to sell out every game, and they can basically charge whatever they want. Same goes for all Canadian franchises these days. A team in Quebec, Hamilton, or another in Toronto would translate to $$$$$$$$$$$... This poll was about fan experience, and bang for the buck... Not about potential revenues/the most viable markets. |

I'd give it a draw. It'll be nasty seeing those 2 playing on a line |

What's one have to do with the other? The Bills need a coach like Gruden, the Sabres are stuck with Lindy no matter what. |

If the players truely want a fair deal why don't they consider one? They currently get a way higher percentage of league revenue than any pro league and get guarenteed contracts. They love making the money but take on zero risk, that is a pretty sweet deal if you ask me. Over the last CBA their salaries have gone up big time and they have benefited from the league growth as much or more than the owners have. They don't own the league, be fair and work on a realistic labour agreement.

I don't think the split is the issue here, it's what the owners define as "revenue"
I know the big one they want to omit in revenue sharing is relocation fees and expansion fees, which translate into hundreds of millions in league "revenue"
under the current proposal the players don't get a split of that money

Gruden said he would only come back "if the deal was right"
I don't know what is screaming that about the Bills after 1 week. 1 week is no time to hit a panic button as I'm sure no body in the NFL expected the Jets to play that well offensively.
CJ Spiller is f'n nice to have drafted in 2 of my 3 leagues. |

Well said.
Neither side has put forth a realistic proposal yet. Time to start negotiating! (I'm talking to you too, NHLPA.) |

I'd give it a draw too. We didn't see the first few seconds of the fight when RJ was stating that Ott was starting to fire punches. |
